Let's Talk Bard in Pantheon Rise of the Fallen

We all know that Bard is a possibility for Pantheon Rise of the Fallen, so today I am going to speculate on how bard could possibly play, assuming it is Enchanter's counterpart in the Crowd Control Dept.
