How does New World's success or failure impact Pantheon?

As we've heard, a rising tide raises all ships. Personally, I think seeing a new western MMO take off would help Pantheon greatly. Investors and others are attracted to success. Or would it create too much risk of outside influence and straying from VRs vision?

I loved Nathan's Video. I think it's all wins with New World. Anything that drags MMORPGs into 2021 is winning for me. I don't even like action MMOs and I'm having a great time. It's such a breath of fresh air to have something new instead of 20 year old "progression" servers. I think anything that gets people excited about MMORPGs is good for Pantheon. I personally don't feel like they will stray from their vision because they have been rock solid on it for SO LONG. I feel kind of like it's set in stone.

I like seeing new western MMOs enter the market even if they're not mcot. I hope VR doesn't stray too much from their path, but do hope they pay attention and learn what they can from every mmo game launch, good and bad.
